We also simultaneously offer a wide variety of facility, maintenance as well as vendor coordination services for anything from plumbing to HVAC and everything in between.

Theory Design – provides innovative, luxury interior design services for first-class residential, commercial and hospitality properties. We work directly with high-end builders, architects, landscape architects and others to deliver holistic products that capitalize on location, infrastructure and other characteristics.

Earth Tech Enterprises utilizes the latest technology to reshape the landscape of Florida for future communities. Our services include mining, aggregate processing, land development, lake bank restoration, beach and shoreline projects, environmental services, and marine services.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work closely with Billing, Designers, and Design Assistants.

2. Procurement of furnishing, fixtures, fabric, wallcoverings, vendor services and research on sourcing products for multiple projects.

3. Review and accurate entry of pricing and product specifications.

4. Routine follow up on orders, shipping, delivery dates, and more.

5. Execution of purchase orders and detailed entry into Design Manager software.

6. Tracking and reporting of open orders.

7. Assist with maintaining client, subcontractor, supplier, and vendor files.

8. Plan, schedule, and forecast procurement activities.

9. Purchase general and specialized materials as directed by designers, and subcontractor services for construction projects.

10. Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct materials and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased.

11. Maintain project files for multiple projects.

12. Invite estimates, consult with suppliers, and review quotations with design team.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.

2. Must be able to relate and coordinate with the finance department project funding needs on a weekly basis.

3. Experience with purchasing and industry related suppliers.

4. Design Manager software experience is a strong plus.

5. Knowledge and purchasing background

6. Must have at least 2 years’ experience in general furnishing purchasing duties.

7. Must have computer literacy, including strong experience in MSWord, MS Excel (spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc.).

8. Ability to work under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.

9. Strong organizational skills a must, the ability to work independently with strong multi-tasking abilities. Interior Design knowledge is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
