ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Communicate and coordinate with General Manager, Maintenance, Production Supervisors and Regional QA Manager regarding production and standards as necessary.
- Conduct physical product and quality checks on the manufacturing lines throughout the shift. Quality checks will be documented, reviewed and filed.
- Monitors and verifies production line daily for the following; proper raw materials are used based upon production specifications, bottle fill height, label orientation, carton structure and seal, carton and bottle coding, label condition, cap torque/heat seal and overall appearance of finished good.
- Advises and assists production employees in correcting product that does not meet quality standards.
- Verifies that each manufacturing line keeps up with cleanliness standards, such as; keeping minimal risk of contamination to finished goods.
- Manage formulation sheets for the mixing department.
- Communicate batch and line sample results with General Manager, Processing Department and Regional QA Manager.
- Monitor, perform and assure all batch and line testing is completed in a timely fashion.
- Complete and maintain quality documentation.
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS):
- Associates Degree in biology, chemistry or related field
- 2+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
