The QC Inspector Performs QC inspection and testing for purchased components, subassemblies and finished goods, including documentation review of supplier data and certificates.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For:

• Performing inspection of incoming components per specification using various measuring devices.
• Following the appropriate procedures and protocols for performing inspection.
• Creating Inspection Records (IR) to document the outcome of the inspection.
• Creating Inspection Change Order (ICO) to submit completed IRs for approval.
• Reviewing ICOs for completion and verification of compliance with internal procedures.
• Performing destructive strength testing for applicable Items.
• Assisting in the evaluation of authorized returned goods (RGA’s).
• Performing data entry and various electronic transactions with little supervision.
• Providing input to documentation gaps, process improvements.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years’ experience working in a QC/Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills (English).
• Demonstrated ability to learn and understand QC core structure (inspection, testing, using various measuring devices, documentation of results, ability to follow DMR).
• Ability to teach and educate employees to improve processes and productivity.
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Good computer skills including MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, and ISO standards is desirable.
• Able to work in a controlled clean environment.
• Self-motivated and able to take direction to perform all necessary duties.
