SUMMARY
The primary role for this position is to manage the responsibilities associated with how the Chrysalis Consulting Group (CCG) monitors and evaluates its performance and service delivery. This position will have a clear understanding of the internal and external guidelines, policies or procedures that govern CCG’s performance; and will routinely collect data to inform reports on the organization’s adherence to compliancy. As a measure of compliance, a component of this responsibility also includes the management of staffing requirements for crisis line agent. This procedure involves the outreach and recruitment of potential staff; as well as employee engagement duties as assigned.

Compliance Administrator
- Evaluate service delivery compliance according to relevant internal and external guidelines
- Participate in the development of evaluation tools for quality assurance monitoring plans
- Oversee the process for ensuring that all required standards for external annual audits are met and reported
- Developing data informed tools for advising the organization on how to improve its service delivery according to internal and external guidelines; as well as programmatic demand
- Reporting to management on status, proposed improvements, and impending legislative changes that are associated with the crisis line.
- Coordinate and manage procedures for new hire orientations and agent annual trainings
Other Assigned Duties that could include
- Work as a liaison with Aunt Martha’s Human Resource Department to manage the process and procedures for employee compliance monitoring, recruitment and engagement.
- Identifying eligible candidates as recruits for the crisis line
- Support the training process for new and existing crisis line agents
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERI ENCE
- Bachelor of Art (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; or Master’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years previous experience in project management, planning, problem-solving, and administrative process management. Must also have a collaborative mindset. With excellent written and oral communication skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret management reports and specified documents. Ability to effectively present and communicate information in professional settings and in front of groups.
MATHEMATICAL and COMPUTER SKILLS
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software required.
