The quality and compliance manager position is responsible for developing quality and compliance efforts for the Program departments, including recommending quality measures to ensure that the Department complies with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. This position will be responsible for developing training for the changes and updates to applicable laws and regulations Prepares compliance reports for management and regulatory agencies as required. This position will ensure action plans are followed to ensure compliance procedures are being followed. Continually assessing compliance and operational risks and communicating strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• Advanced computer knowledge (Microsoft Suite)
• Excellent oral, written and record-keeping skills
• Excellent organizational, change, and time management skills
• Presentation experience including conference presentations
• Advanced skills in customer service

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Must be willing to travel in and out of state and flex hours as job demands require.

Experience

• High School/Equivalent
• Degree in clinical/human services or business preferred
• 3-5 years
• Experience in Quality/Compliance roles or project management
