Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Analyst should be familiar with product/Implementation test case development.

The Quality Assurance Analyst will play an integral role in implementing ILS’s SDLC methodology which includes not only developing and executing test cases, but also taking an active role in providing feedback during product/Implementation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of Health Care Systems and message formats.
• Develop detailed functional expertise of ILS product/implementation suites.
• Develop proficiency in the creation and execution of test plans and scripts based on product/implementation specifications that verify the adherence to the company’s software development process and functional requirements.

• Generates test reports including results of testing and product/implementation stability, including recommendations concerning the release of the product/implementation.

• Participate in software testing, configuration control, problem reporting and resolution, and change control.

• Develop ability to identify and analyze document defects, questionable functions, and errors, as well as inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content.

• Provide any needed assistance in the completion of product/implementation documentation.

• Assist development in unit testing.

Education, Experience and Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree with 0 – 3 years healthcare experience.
