Quality Assurance Manager - Vehicle Upgrade Program Job at Haselwood Auto Group
These positions work at the heart of the dealership to support the sales and service teams, engage with customers and facilitate vehicle upgrade purchases for our customers. They assess the daily service department schedule to determine individuals who are or may be eligible for vehicle upgrades. Engage with and welcome all customers, whether or not they are eligible for an upgrade. Communicate and educate customers on their trade-in value and incentives available to them. Connect the customer with an available Salesperson when a customer expresses an interest in an upgrade. Represent the dealership with the highest level of professionalism, while providing prompt and responsive customer service. Present a welcoming atmosphere and treat all customers with respect, while maintaining strict confidentiality with customer information

Competitive base pay
Weekly pay $17.00 - $28 per hour dependent upon meeting performance objectives.
