Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Able to tolerate varied temperatures, work independently, able to maintain positive relationships with other departments. Able to work varied overtime as needed. Must be able to pass a pre-employment math test, drug test, background check and physical.

JOB DUTIES: (including but not limited to):

· Ensure all products produced in area of responsibility are in accordance with established QA guidelines.

· Sample collection and conduct multiple tests including: batter tests, net weights, temperature checks, scale/metal detector checks, inedible dock checks, Colorimeter product tests, FFA test,

· Record and maintain accurate recordkeeping and filing.

· Maintain record of restricted ingredient usage.

· Product inspection

· Verify monitor tests to satisfy HACCP.

· Perform periodic bending, lifting, twisting, standing, walking and various temperatures throughout work shift.

· Assist with receiving inspections

· Thermometer calibrations.

· Sanitation Inspections (inside/outside).

· Reporting of meat inspection results.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Research data for customer complaints.

Working Conditions: Will include an office environment and facility environment. There will be time of exposure to a variety of conditions, including temperature changes, hot, cold, wet, noise, slippery floors, etc. when in a facility environment. Must wear appropriate PPE to meet the conditions.
