Description
Quality Auditor will audit, track, analyze, and evaluate processes, materials, and products to assure compliance with IWCO quality standards.
- Audit Lettershop and Mail operations daily according to the Audit Plan
- Inspect products and materials as needed according to sampling and inspection plans
- Collect and document Lettershop and Mail quality performance metrics including
- Audits, inspections, internal errors and complaints
- Continuous improvement projects o Quality costs – rework, scrap
- Maintain postings of quality performance metrics in Lettershop and Mail Departments
- Assist in writing and revising quality SOPs
- Maintain Document Control log
- Assist in classroom and OTJ training on quality procedures
- Interface and coordinate daily quality activities with Lettershop and Mail Supervisors
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent job experience
- Ability to read/write basic English
- Ability to stand, bend and stoop for up to 12 hours
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, rotating 3 or 4 days per week, including weekends
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
- Authorized to work in the United States
