Core Responsibilities:

Warehouse: Assist in warehouse operations including general cleanliness and organization, inventory control, supply management, monitoring linen quality, building set up and turn over kits, building furniture for new set ups, etc.

Apartment Inspections: Perform apartment inspections using quality control checklists found in the Breezeway platform. You will be in charge of completing these checklists from start to finish. Key tasks are inspecting apartments, replacing missing items, reporting repairs to the apartment communities and your supervisor, and communicating with housekeepers about the quality of work. It will be your responsibility to make sure apartments are ready for move in, and reset between reservations.

Housekeepers: Quality assurance for housekeeping staff with respect to maintaining Compass standards of cleanliness and order.

Work Orders: Perform various maintenance requests including making key arrangements for new clients, picking up and dropping items at apartment communities, purchasing supplies, providing access to apartments for vendors, troubleshooting in apartments, meeting and greets, and minor apartment or appliance repairs.

General Maintenance: General maintenance and upkeep of interior and exterior apartment conditions as determined during audits and inspections. If you see something, say something!

Working Hours : Maintain the hours of 8:30am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Weekend work will be required when on call.

On Call Support: You will be part of a rotating on call support schedule. You will be required to respond after hours and on the weekends for emergencies.

Furniture Maintenance (Setups, Breakdowns, Swaps): You are responsible for building, taking apart, and moving compass furniture in and out of apartments during the course of our lease terms as well as during new acquisition or termination of our leases. Your job is to make sure our furniture is cared for and remains in good condition during transition as well as in storage at the warehouse.

Communication and Consideration: You are responsible for making sure that you communicate with your supervisor and teammates at all times. You are out in the field and your ability to report apartment concerns, scheduling conflicts, delays, etc is critical to the success of the team. Your supervisor will provide your schedule and it is expected that you will work with your daily task assignments.
