QC Inspector I - Tuesday - Saturday: 2:00 - 10:30 PM
Responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet a company’s quality specifications. Through their work, they help to minimize waste, improve productivity on the production line and ensure that customers receive products that are fit for use.
They ensure that incoming raw materials, components or supplies meet agreed standards by carrying out routine inspections and rejecting unsuitable items. They also perform a wide range of controlled tests on products at various stages of the manufacturing process. Tests include visual inspection or non-destructive testing to determine conformance with the product’s specification.
