Quality Control Technician - Beet Color

Quality Control Technician would be responsible for providing support to the Quality Department by completing required testing, documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Procuring samples for micro testing.

• Perform color analysis for all production.

• Responsible for lot sample retention.

• Assist with daily yield reports.

• Create inventory tickets for all beet juice production.

• Perform line audits during production.

• Perform other functions as required by the Quality Control Manager.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Have experience with Microsoft Office programs.

• Comprehensive understanding of basic and intermediate math concepts.

• Outstanding organizational skills.

• Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with employees and customers.

• Basic understanding of measuring tools and equipment.

• Requires a minimum of a High School Education or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Food Science preferred.

• 1-2 years of previous Quality Assurance experience would be beneficial.
