Utica Park Clinic is currently looking for a member to join our team! The Quality Coordinator (QC) will report directly to the Quality Manager and will be responsible for asssting with facilitating clinical orientation for new employees, tracking auditing, and educations for skills based competencies among other things.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for coordinating rotation experiences for ambulatory non-clinical and clinical students, providers, and residents.
- Coordinating non-clinical and clinical observers with Practice Managers at clinic sites.
- Establish and maintain relationships with representatives from area technology centers, colleges, and universities.
- Partner with Division representatives on validating affiliation agreements.
- Review clinical and non-clinical observer paperwork to validate accuracy prior to placement.
- Log and track all documents provided for program.
- Conduct evaluations of observer participants to gain feedback about program.
- Actively engage the clinical and non-clinical observers to transition into permanent roles within the organization.
- Assist with facilitating clinical orientation for new employees.
- Assist education coordinator with tracking, auditing, and education for skills-based compentencies.
- Able to travel to clinic sites for education and program activities.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current CMA, RMA or ABR certification PREFERRED
- BLS Certification
