Quality Technician Job at Vigna Inc
Quality Technician Responsibilities:
- Setup and perform In-Process, Final, and First Article inspections, be able to compensate for coatings where applicable.
- Communicate measurements to shop floor to drive dimensions to nominal.
- Document and manage any Non-conformances discovered during inspections.
- Communicate, with job managers, customers, and vendors on a variety of issues.
- Maintain quality records on the server.
Quality Technician Qualifications:
- At least 3 yrs experience in mechanical inspection.
- Experience with inspection of threads, including screw thread, pipe thread, and British threads.
- Be able to program or operate a CMM using PCDMIS
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- mechanical inspection: 3 years (Required)
- operate a CMM using PCDMIS: 1 year (Required)
