Range Guides are dedicated to mastering our point of sale and seek to provide award-winning customer service. This includes guiding customers through rental gun selection and lane assignment, range safety, identifying customer needs, and supporting the sale of training, memberships, and merchandise. Successful Range Guides deliver awesome customer experiences, contribute to the success of the team, and ensure range cleanliness, function, and appearance. Candidates should be able to lift more than 25lbs, stand for long durations, don/doff protective equipment, maintain a professional appearance, and be able and willing to submit to background checks, drug screens, and blood tests.
This position starts as part-time (up to 32 hours/week) including weekends and some holidays. Though we strive to offer flexibility in our scheduling, weekend availability is a requirement. (*We are closed Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.)
We have a proven track record of promoting strong performers! Those who are driven to grow and demonstrate Shoot Smart's core values may be considered for fulltime or salaried positions as they become available. Additionally, all team members are eligible to receive discounts on Shoot Smart products & services and free range access & training. Knowledge and passion for firearms is a plus, but a passion to serve others is a requirement!
