Aquasonic will be building and operating 100-150 car wash sites. They will be subscription based express exterior car washes located in growth markets throughout the United States. Think of us as the Netflix of car washes. Our ambition is to become the number one choice for car owners when choosing a car wash. Our car washes will be famous for delivering a clean, shiny, and dry car. We will do this with the most technologically sophisticated equipment, using only environmentally friendly materials, employing the latest recycling and reclamation processes, having legendary guest service, and building our business around extraordinary people who deliver inspirational performance.

Each location will have 5,000 or more monthly members that will pay a subscription fee of $15-$40/month in addition to retail washes that start at under $10. About the Job:

We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, is flexible, adaptive to change, looking for a challenge, has a zest for learning, and is excited to grow into this role. The Real Estate Acquisition Manager is directly responsible for negotiating and executing land purchases with our third-party partner, property owners and brokers. This position requires a creative, forward-thinking, energetic individual with superior written and verbal communication. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates a high level of passion and can communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Additionally, someone who has a construction background is a plus. Looking to grow this position into future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Locate on and off market site opportunities
• Point of contact with third-party vendors and summarize for leadership to create and execute timely actions
• Perform site, demographic and competitive research for market development plans for short and long-term forecasting
• Negotiate business terms and deal structure for the LOI while also overseeing the execution of contracts for land acquisition
• Create proforma and financial modeling to ensure the development meets AquaSonic’s investment thesis
• Assemble all information necessary to obtain approval from leadership
• Stay informed of real estate market dynamics, trends, and opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers, landlords and municipality officials
• Provide necessary direction and support for issues related to re-zoning, variances, and other issues
• Help prepare Board of Director presentations
• Complete special projects and ad-hoc jobs as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years’ similar Real Estate Management experience, working within a successful stand-alone multi-unit retailer
• Established relationships within the Florida real estate communities.
• Strong and tactful influencing and negotiation capability
• Florida Real Estate License a plus
• A broad set of skills, including a keen sense of strategic thinking, courage and decisiveness to act
• Superior written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage real estate information in a confidential and professional manner
• Construction background is a plus
• A self-driven outgoing, energetic and passionate personality
• The ability to travel – TBD on % travel required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
