Summary
We are looking for determined professionals that are looking to do well in Real Estate.
Our team is top-notch and provide many things to our agents on our team - Including Leads, PreQualified Buyers, Listing Leads, CRM, Personalized Website, On Demand Training (at least 1 Live training every day), professional coaching, access to health insurance, predictable and scalable business.
We help agents all throughout their real estate careers, if you are a new agent that just got your license - we are here to help you and get you into making money right away (Usually within 60 days). If you are a licensed agent already and struggling to get more business - we are here to help with that too! We have real clients ready to work with you and can help you increase your income right away.
We only work with hardworking agents that want to focus on money making activities but you are not in this alone. Agents that join our team can expect 2-3 PreQualified buyers within the first 30/45 days. When you close these clients there is a never ending supply of these types of clients. Last year our agent partners closed 146 buyers all from the PreQualfied sources.
We make it very simple for you.
- We generate the leads from various sources
- Once they are ready to make a move
- We work with them to get them PreQualified
- Once they are PreQualfied we send them to an agent partner in the location they would like to purchase
- The agent partner takes the Buyer over
- The agent partner writes the contract and gets under contract
- Our in house Transaction Coordinator assists throughout the contract process
- Buyers Closes and you get paid!
