We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our team to help sell commercial and residential property throughout the community. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated and has a strong understanding of the local real estate market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing properties, negotiating deals and assisting clients during the purchasing or selling process.
Responsibilities:
- Explain to prospective buyers the cost of a real estate purchase.
- Interpret market conditions to prospective buyers.
- Explain the buying process in simple terms.
- Inform customers about house values, mortgage rates, and tax implications.
- Explain financing options.
- Inform customers about new home developments.
- Assist with the development of a budget plan.
