KW Coastal Properties has an exciting opportunity available for a Real Estate Productivity Coach position at our Top Producing Long Beach office. If you are an experienced real estate agent with a track record of production and have a passion to teach and support the growth of others, then we'd love to schedule time to discuss this opportunity with you!

Responsibilities:

• Increase productivity of agents through the Productivity Coaching Program
• Meet regularly with new agents to hold them accountable to their goals
• Recruit agents to the market center
• Onboard new agents weekly to introduce them to the program
• Meet weekly with the Leadership Team
• Work with the Team Leader to create a winning “Core” education program
• Participate in leadership meetings, trainings and retreats
• Consult with agents to uncover goals, coach on the actions necessary to achieve goals and hold agents accountable to taking action to achieve success
• Track results, celebrate success and help develop strategies around challenges

Requirements:

• Track record of real estate production
