We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Rebate Claims Analyst (Temporary) on the B2C Claims Team!
Responsibilities
- Claim analyst for consumer rebate claims of LG product purchases
- Job is mainly to review consumer rebate submissions including backup documentation to verify it meets promotion requirements
- Communicate with third party claim processing company on claims that are not valid, require additional information, or claims that must be denied due to ineligibility
- Maintain low claim processing lead time and support customer service inquiries with third party
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 2-3 years claims/purchase order rebate processing expereince
