The Night Shift Receiving FLL (Front Line Leader) is accountable for all day to day operations within the plant/warehouse receiving team. This includes performance management of productivity, customer service, EHS, and quality for over 10 frontline direct reports. Responsibilities also include management of the daily dock schedule, staffing levels, and consistent application of guidebook. Daily coordination with the Material Replenishment Planners and Production Resource Supervisors is necessary to ensure alignment within and across departments. Other key deliverables include ensuring EHS, Quality and Financial Controls program execution and compliance, maintaining positive employee relations, and a positive work environment
Responsibilities:
- Overall productivity management of the Receiving
- Warehouse.
- Motivate team to achieve superior performance targets.
- Develop others by building capability and talent amongst the team.
- Set and achieve clear expectations, provide timely feedback and recognize/rewarding associates.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations along with adhering to AIB standards at all times.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining F.I.F.O. (First In First Out) for all raw materials per the site FIFO process.
- Managing the maintenance of 5S processes.
- Assist in transferring Hold & Pending Hold materials in & out of useable material stock as needed.
- Manage unloading and staging of inbound shipments.
- Ensuring and managing the proper storage of materials and ingredients post unload.
- Sanitation responsibilities for the warehouse.
- KPI tracking for customer service, safety, quality, and costs.
- Understand and have the ability to properly operate all warehouse equipment.
- Troubleshoot work activities through technical knowledge of SAP/MARS/WMS systems.
- Support inventory control, lot management, equipment utilization, customer service, and scheduling activities.
- Support new materials and product testing.
- Manage workload by coordinating all orders and unloads to meet shipping and pick-up schedules.
- Identify gaps in performance, investigate root cause effectively and implement counter measures to eliminate reoccurence.
- Effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Assumes other responsibilities and performs special functions as may be assigned by the immediate manger.
- Role will be on a continuous operations schedule

Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $56,900 - $ 95,300 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
