We are looking for an experienced and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to start tentatively on Monday, June 26, 2023.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of events.
- Assist with filing, copying, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
