WE NEED

Part-time reception and office support to assist existing receptionist at our Richmond office. If you have the following, we’d love to hear from you:

  • A positive, honest, and welcoming mindset, personable, dependable
  • Strong computer skills attention to detail, multitasker
  • The ability to interact positively with a variety of people in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a two-person front desk team

THE ROLE

Our support staff perform a variety of duties, including:

  • Welcoming customers and coordinating their visits with staff
  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Preparing mail, couriers and deliveries for overnight/regular
  • General clerical office support- restocking supplies, preparing conf rooms, filing
  • Pay is $12.00 - $15.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Schedule is Monday through Friday/1:00 pm – 6:00 pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Previous law office experience a plus
  • Performs job duties while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Ability to interact with others in a friendly and sincere manner
  • Type at a fast and accurate pace
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Pro-active, take initiative, and excellent follow-through skills
  • Ability to work on multiple deadline-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled with technology and the ability to work paperless
  • The ability to follow directions is essential
  • Ability to convey information effectively and accurately both verbally and written
  • Professional manner and appearance/face of the company – first impression
  • Team player

Employment is contingent on successfully passing a background and credit check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
