We have an immediate opening at our Ronkonkoma, Long Island headquarters for either a Full time or Part-Time Receptionist. The successful Front Desk Receptionist will first and foremost, have superior customer service skills, both internally and externally.

For Front Desk
- Maintain security by following company procedures and monitoring Zap In.
- Greet and welcome customers and prospective customers, you will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
- Ability to work in a face paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
- You should be able to deal with complaints and route calls accurately.
- Maintain lobby and front conference room.
- Assist Human Resources with applicants and data entry.
- Sort and distribute mail.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Front desk, customer service and HR experience a plus
- Friendly, upbeat demeanor
- Reliability a must
- Willing to train
- Basic knowledge of computer software programs such as MS Office, google searches, internet, email, etc.
- Proven ability to operate selflessly as part of a cohesive team.
- Proven ability to multitask while staying extremely organized.
