Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the HR Manager in day-to-day operations. Coordinates office activities including answering and dispersing all incoming calls, data entry, timesheets, personnel records, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintains confidentiality of patients and employee information
  • Answer phone within two rings and communicates effectively on the telephone with patients, families, and staff
  • Assist with building/auditing new personnel files
  • Responsible for assisting with audits and scanning of the patient and/or employee information into Continulink
  • Assist HR with career fairs and other activities
  • Put together new hire and orientation packets
  • Recruitment of hiring staff, phone screens, and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct drug screens on new hires and random testing
  • Filing paperwork as needed each week
  • Enter employee information into Continulink
  • Help schedule and assist with 90-day and annual evals
  • Follow up with new hires as needed
  • Set up devices for Mobile Edge
  • Update and create HR documents (PDF editable)
  • Responsible for acquiring In-Services and maintaining/updating the spreadsheet
  • Other duties as assigned
