Concierge
JOB PURPOSE: The key purpose of the concierge is communication with the residents. The concierge is the community's frontline to fulfill the resident's requests, needs, answer their questions and make any booking arrangements for leisure and or local /travel/entertainment. The concierge must be knowledgeable about the interests of the residents and be prepared to suggest an activity that meets the resident's needs.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer skills required
- Some college education
- Must be organized and able to plan and carry out events
- Excellent customer service and communication skills a must
- Experience in hospitality
- Ability to work in high-profile, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
