THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Answer high volume multi-line phone system while greeting and assisting residents, guests and vendors
- Serve residents by scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
- Welcome residents and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answers or refers to inquiries
- Keep resident appointments on schedule by notifying transportation, coordinating deliveries and packages, notifying residents of incoming deliveries
- Comfort residents by anticipating residents’ needs, answering residents’ questions, and maintaining the reception area.
- Maintain resident accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information
- Help residents in distress by responding to emergencies.
- Protect residents’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
- Maintain business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs
YOUR SKILLS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One or more years of related experience and/or training
- Proven ability to handle high volume multi-line phone system while greeting and assisting residents, guests and vendors
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Advanced customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to pass background checks required by a licensed residential care facility
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster
