Recovery House Manager Job at Maryland Treatment Centers, Inc.
Maryland Treatment Centers Inc. is currently seeking a Full-Time Recovery House Manager for our Recovery Home locations in Baltimore, MD!
The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following;
- Maintain Sober Living Program with clients
- Provide supervision to sober living residents
- Monitor client recovery activities
- Provide resources for clients in all areas of daily living (i.e. recovery meetings, volunteer work, and employment).
- Supervise clientele in assignment of duties that contributes to upkeep of the living space.
Schedule: Flexible daytime hours and weekends as needed.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in substance abuse field
Excellent communication skills required
Must be able to maintain a professional composure when confronted by demanding personalities
High attention to detail and alertness
Able to remain organized under a high volume of work and/or distractions
Drive, tenacity, flexibility, and confidence
Enthusiasm, open-mindedness, & integrity required
Acceptance of patients lifestyles
Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
Valid Drivers License
