As a Barrel Hunt Recruiter, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for our clients. The Recruiter we are looking for has an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.

The primary responsibilities will be to recruit for high-volume or hard to fill positions for Barrel Hunt clients. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum three (3 to5) years recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience conducting technical and behavioral based interviews
  • Excellent consultative skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in self management and recruitment metrics tracking
  • Ability to portray professionalism, both verbally and written, to all levels of Barrel Hunt and its clients.
  • Strong customer service initiative/focus.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse populations and communication styles.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential in this position. Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task.
  • Ability to independently make accurate decisions and demonstrate good judgment.
  • Management/leadership experience with the ability to set others up for success
  • PC Literacy – (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Skype, Join.me, WebEx, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated efficiency using an ATS, to accurately track candidates and interviews offices.
  • Ability to work daily from home office
