SVS Group currently has a full time opening for an internal Recruiter. This position is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We are looking for a recruiter that is super focused with a positive can do attitude! We staff for skill labor positions in the Aerospace industry. The perfect candidate will need to be flexible to recruit in other areas as well. Not looking for someone that has a "that is not my job attitude"! Looking for someone that takes direction & feedback well and shows up to work everyday ready to work. We have a very unique fun & family type environment.
** This is a work in the office position, no remote opportunity. **
Responsibilities Include:
- Screening & interviewing potential candidates for skilled labor positions
- Conducting background checks, drug screens and reference checks for all employees hired
- Meeting and exceeding goals set by recruiting manager
- Posting jobs on job boards per client requirements & following up in a timely manner to schedule interviews
- Administrative duties include on boarding new employees into payroll system
- Assisting with payroll each week by following up with employees regarding missing timesheets
- Assist in other areas as needed
Requirements
- 3 years of recent recruiting experience in the staffing industry
- Experience with various job boards, (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and CareerBuilder)
- Must be self driven to succeed. We do not micro manage!
- Strong experience with sourcing & searching job boards to find candidates
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
