Assured Quality Systems is seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic individual to join our team as Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have full cycle recruiting and onboarding experience as well as the proven ability to successfully utilize various platforms to identify the best talent for our growing company. Additionally, the Recruiter will have experience managing multiple, high volume requisitions and the demonstrated ability to source and engage candidates for hourly work environments. This position is in office daily Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Pay rate $18.00 per hour
Full-time, non-exempt

Responsibilities will include: *
- Manage a high volume of candidates for hourly and intermediate level skills sets.
- Ensure optimal utilization of the applicant tracking system.
- Maintain active database as current and accurate.
- Ensure candidate progression through the full recruitment cycle.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding for all new hires.

Experience: *
- Recruiting experience, preferably in agency staffing environment
- Instructing applicants to complete New hire onboarding
- Demonstrated experience using multiple recruitment platforms
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Working knowledge of basic business applications including MS 365, Google Drive
- Comfortable on the phones and used to have a heavy outbound call volume
- Partner closely with SR Recruiter for guidance and direction for staffing priorities.
- Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with all company employees and client representatives.
- Demonstrate a professional, respectful, and courteous demeanor towards all employees, guests, and company visitors at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
