Recruiter/Project Coordinator Job at Skillforce, Inc.
Skillforce is looking for a RECRUITER/PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our dynamic team. Applicants need to be motivated, and thrive in a high paced, ever-changing work environment.
The Recruiter will help support the General Manager and coordinate hires and candidates to our field Account Managers. They will also help with daily operations, recruiting new candidates and assisting new applicants throughout the onboarding process.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of prior staffing/recruiting experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience and knowledge of the construction industry and trades
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
Job Duties
- Create and post job descriptions to our career portal and job boards
- Conduct interviews and follow interview protocol
- Maintain high standards for obtaining necessary jobsite information
- Drive field employee retention through effective engagement
- Manage relationships with sales to ensure a clear line of sight into project needs and employee resources
- FILLING JOBS
- Recruit and select the best internal and external candidates that meet the qualifications for specific orders

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
