The Lilly Company is seeking an experienced Sourcer- Recruiter to support the upcoming hiring season. This position would be traveling remotely to all 13 locations (four states) as needed to source candidates. All within driving distance of Corporate Office.

This employee will be responsible for sourcing Forklift Technicians-Mechanic Candidates for Branch Service Teams. They will be responsible for navigating through external job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc. They will be collaborating with internal hiring managers and handling around 25-30 requisitions at a time. There will be checkpoints throughout the day with the HR team but most of the position will be independent work.

• Utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. to source candidates
• Actively sourcing and finding top talent
• Collaborating with internal partners and building relationships
• Working closely with candidates to have a smooth transition into their role
