Work Now Staffing is looking for a Recruiter with a "can do" attitude for its St Petersburg, FL office.
Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, Full Time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour based off of experience
**PREFER SOME WHO CAN WRITE AND SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH**
** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RECRUITING IN A TEMPORARY LABOR MARKET **
Recruiter DUTIES:
- Inbound and outbound Recruiting Call
- Reviewing Resumes
- Scanning of documents
- Help with applications
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Must be Proficient in web applications
- Great Customer Service skills
- Ability to self manage your day
- Great Communication skills
- Must have a go-getter mentality and work well in groups
- Excel
- BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH) is a plus
- Recruiting in a temporary labor market: 1 years (Required)
