The Recruiting Coordinator, reporting to the Talent & Acquisition Manager and SVP of Human Resources, will primarily support the recruiting process, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, attracting and pre-screening candidates, and coordinating all recruiting and onboarding events for the enterprise.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee completion of all pre-employment screenings for selected candidates
  • Schedules employees for orientation and new hire training for the preboarding and onboarding process
  • Develop strong working relationships with leadership team and support staff to successfully manage candidates through recruiting process
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for interviews, including sending out calendar invitations using Outlook, setting up tests/assessments, conference calls, and video conferences
  • Assist in creating relevant job postings and ensure a job description is available for every position posted
  • Keep a current list of all position openings per division and department
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System and help hiring managers with training on systems as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all hiring-related requirements
  • Supports recruiting logistics, including assisting with offers, analyzing data, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency and time to hire
  • Facilitate new hire and employee relocation efforts
  • Assist with generating recruiting and staffing reports
  • Available to support candidates, new hires, and existing employees.
  • Work closely with HR staff to assist with department projects and initiatives
  • May be required to travel to other office locations, as needed to meet recruitment needs
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned


Qualifications and Required Skills

Thoughtful in action and delivery, strong attention to detail is required for success in this role.


  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience navigating through an Applicant Tracking System
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations as it relates to HR and recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
