- Hybrid schedule; 1 day per week in the office
- This position will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process by providing administrative and logistical support to the recruiting team including scheduling initial phone screenings, coordinating on-site interviews, and assisting with the candidate process through onboarding
- Coordinates pre-boarding paperwork for new hires including offer letters, tax forms, direct deposit, I9 documentation, and all necessary paperwork for onboarding
- Conducts background/social media/ motor vehicle/credit and additional checks through third party vendor for all new hires
- Schedules drug screening and physicals as needed
- Coordinates all pre-boarding activities for recruiters to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire
- Partners with internal recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Prepares and updates job descriptions for external postings aligned to the hiring managers and business needs
- Partners with Employment Coordinator, Hiring Managers, or support staff to ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and accurate
- Participates in recruiting events, such as career fairs, preparing information packets, and gathering information from suitable candidates
- Successful creation and execution of sourcing strategies in partnership with our hiring leaders
- Creates and maintains meaningful reports that drive talent acquisition decisions
- Conducts phone interviews for recruiters as needed
- Associate degree preferred
- Workday software experience preferred; not required!
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator role is preferred
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel required
- Demonstrates and maintains a positive, professional manner, manages time efficiently and effectively, provides leadership as a role model to promote a team approach, collaborates, and participates in policy creation, and appropriate problem-solving methods
- Strong organizational skills: a self-starter, and someone who can work independently
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 due to clientele you’ll be working with
