Global TA Ops (TAO) team is committed to continuously improving our recruitment process, policies, and tools, and achieving the optimization of recruitment efficiency and quality through innovation and technology. We build strategies and scalable talent programs and enhance recruiting effectiveness with data-driven insights.

About the Role
TAO team is seeking a Recruiting Program Operations Lead, who is committed to building operational excellence. In this vital role, you will have ownership of the execution of TAO processes and programs. You are passionate about process improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness. You thrive on strategic and tactical work and enjoy being hands-on. You are a collaborative team player that enjoys having a "one team" mentality, while being consultative to improve efficiencies in our hiring practices. You will lead a team of 3+ Recruiting Program Specialists. This is a full-time position and we are open to candidates located in Mountain View, Santa Clara, or San Francisco, California locations (hybrid model 3 days in-office and 2 days remote).

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end global recruiting operations, including but not limited to surveys, templates, forms, audits, tool management, and recruiting workflows ( JD approval, background checks, referral ops, etc)
• Lead, coordinate, implement and measure Talent Operational processes and programs
• Create policy and process documentation (playbooks, meeting documents, agendas, presentations, training aids) and assist with project tasks
• Lead regular data and process audits to ensure data quality and identify areas for process improvement
• Build and foster an environment of excellence by managing and developing a high-performing team/culture while establishing a clear direction of accountability for day-to-day operations, objectives, and strategic goals
• Address inquiries and escalations from the internal team members and stakeholders with a sense of urgency and being solutions-oriented

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in recruiting operations/projects with 2+ years of experience leading talent operations staff (at least 3 team members) to achieve strategic objectives and maintain accountability
• Prior experience with process improvements and a successful track record developing process documentation, playbooks, training aids, presentation, and templates
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, analytics, and multi-tasking skills; ability to be calm during stressful situations
• Flexibility, versatility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organization; excellent interpersonal skills with confidentiality and care
