As one of the faces of Recruiting, you will be responsible for supporting a subset of recruiters in all aspects of recruiting including: scheduling interviews, producing offers and transfer paperwork, and interfacing with hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. In addition, there is potential opportunity to participate in critical projects that support our collaborative and process improvement-oriented culture.
- Administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing competing priorities is desirable. Experience in a recruiting environment a plus.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management.
- Proficiency with various MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with recruiting systems, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and reporting tools is a plus.
- A good sense of humor is required!
