Summary
Flow Control Group (FCG) is seeking a Recruiting & Training Coordinator to join the corporate Talent Acquisition team located in Charlotte, NC. The Recruiting & Training Coordinator will provide stellar customer service during the coordination and completion of hiring and onboarding candidates, to include scheduling interviews, the offer process, and the post-acceptance processes. This person will manage the system usage, audit the process, and validate the data from the applicant tracking system. The Recruiting & Training Coordinator will support the Recruiting and Learning & Development team to ensure all viable applicants are managed properly. This individual will work closely with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to hire talent for our 60+ brand companies across the U.S. This role will report to the Manager of Recruitment. FCG is looking for an energetic, self-starter who has experience hiring at a high volume and accurate speed. Position: Recruiting & Training Coordinator
*(Position can be based in Charlotte, NC or DFW Metroplex, TX).
Essential Functions
- Responsible for assisting the Recruiting team with the offer process for all candidates (i.e., offer letters, drug / background screenings, etc.).
- Responsible for maintaining the integrity, operation and process of all computer-based systems used in the recruiting process.
- Project management and provide coordination of college and military events within U.S. (i.e., travel, supply management, career fair registration, etc.).
- Financial reconciliation, reporting, and record-keeping for all invoices and expenses associated with the Recruiting function. Serves as Liaison with Corporate Accounting for these tasks.
- Assist and provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team during non-peak recruiting times
Travel
Willing to travel to attend career fairs, visit brand companies, and other site locations, as deemed necessary. Less than 10% travel required.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent), preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in maintaining database information
- Ability to function in a high-volume fast-paced work environment
- Proficient knowledge and demonstrated results using recruitment technology (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, database mining, social media, and military)
- Ability to manage competing priorities, prioritize tasks, and complete tasks effectively and accurately.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with recruiting technologies a plus
- High diligence and effective candidate communication
- Flexible and adaptable with focused time management skills
Other
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
