Position Description: Responsible for ensuring that competent, qualified staff are employed by HEC through effective and efficient recruiting and hiring practices. Assist with development of salary initiatives to attract and retain qualified staff. Develop and improve recruitment strategies to encourage individuals to select HEC as their employer of choice. Maintain thorough knowledge of HEC HR policies/practices and keep current on emerging knowledge in the field of human resources.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Must make consistent progress toward obtaining a degree while in the position if a degree has not been earned prior. We offer both tuition assistance and student loan paydown programs to help you out with this.

Experience: 3 years of progressive recruitment, interviewing, and other Human Resources experience desirable. Licenses or Certification: PHR or other approved human resource certification desired. Must make progress toward obtaining certification while in the position.
