Description
The Recruitment Specialist will assist and work alongside Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Acquisition Manager in areas such as recruitment, talent acquisition and all applicable procedural functions. The Recruitment Specialist will ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements and paperwork for all employment candidates. Maintain on-going contact with applicants and employees and will provide excellent customer service to enhance the hiring experience for new employees.
Qualifications
Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment. Knowledge and experience working with HRIS software. Knowledge of recruitment processes specifically in a healthcare environment preferred. Be organized, self-starting, assertive, resourceful and goal-oriented. Advanced computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must appreciate the value of working as part of a team. Impeccable organizational skills.
