Referral Coordinator Job at COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OF CAPE COD
We are seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our Health Center as a Referral Specialist. As part of our team, you will process insurance authorizations to outside specialists and other agencies as well as maintain and update patient records in our Electronic Health Record, coordinating documentation in a timely manner.
This position requires a highly organized professional who will provide excellent customer service to all customers- patients and their family members, providers, office staff and insurance company employees Our ideal candidate also has prior experience within a medical office and knowledge of medical terminology.
