The base pay range for this position $70,000 to $85,000 per year; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills set, level of experience, and specific office location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executes and monitors all aspects of sales orders with Order management team.
- Monitors and maintains distribution plans at region level.
- Facilitates communication between regional buyers and NAMs as well as support functions, i.e. Customer Service, Logistics, and Sales Strategy.
- Responsible for managing deductions through High Radius (Financial management) and administrative tasks in Trade Promotion Management system.
- Identifies threats and opportunities in the categories that we compete in that could affect sales volume, market share, trade efficiencies and profitability to the company and communicates them to the respective National Account Manager.
- Conducts routine discussions with the customer reviewing business and recommending opportunities that are mutually beneficial in delivering profitable sales.
- Achieve quarterly and annual net sales revenue numbers, budget & profit goals for customer.
- Provide monthly sales reports, monthly expense reports, and any assigned reports to Director of Natural National Accounts in a timely manner.
- Manage the WF Regional network in your area with support from the National Account Manager or Director of Natural National Accounts.
- Educate, motivate, and monitor the store sales force. Convey all company directives, objectives, philosophy, selling points of products and how to merchandise the products most effectively.
- Is responsible for continuing to develop and enhance their competencies through participation in learning and development workshops. These include, but not limited to training available at the local, regional, and national meetings intended to improve selling techniques, knowledge of the customer and company, and other business practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply business analytics.
- A pattern of initiative.
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects.
- Interpersonal, organizational skills and analytical skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take opportunities from conception to execution.
- Ability to travel.
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
