· 7 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Warehouse Management (WM)
· 5 years of demonstrated leadership
· 2 years of IT experience related to Logistics, SCM, or WM
· 2 years of PROGRAM MANAGEMENT experience comparable to the duties and responsibilities identified below or noted above applicable to veteran personnel; or 3 years of DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT experience comparable to the duties and responsibilities identified below. · 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Warehouse Management (WM)
· 5 years of demonstrated leadership
· 2 years of IT experience related to Logistics, SCM, or WM PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT Storage Command Class II Solutions (SC2) (formally known as the 3PL for CSP) 12
· 2 years of PROGRAM MANAGEMENT comparable to the duties and responsibilities identified below or noted above applicable to veteran personnel listed above; or 2 years of PROJECT MANAGEMENT experience comparable to the duties and responsibilities identified below.
The RMs serve as one of the primary points of contact with the Government LMS/COR and/or ACOR. The RM shall exercise full decision-making authority for Contractor regional and site activities. The RMs should have the ability to manage as a PM in their respective regions in the absence of the PM. They should also have the capacity to assist the PM, as required, in all the duties assigned to the PM. The RM must be able to make decisions as "acting PM” in the PM’s absence. RMs shall be physically located on site at Okinawa (III MEF / Pacific Region).
The RM should be a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in various facets of materiel logistics, personnel and materiel management, and logistics IT. RMs should be capable of exercising the flexibility often required when supporting FMFs, or other authorized CSP customers. Knowledge of Marine Corps organizational structure, processes and procedures is critical to the success of the RMs. RMs may be required to travel up to 25% of the year (CONUS/OCONUS).
Note: The RMs have been re-designated (formerly RPMs) to align communication, authority, and structure with the Government Regional LMS and the Technical Services Contractor Regional Managers. This is to support DoD and USMC requirements in physical inventory and accountability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
