The Regional Manager position plays a crucial role in the growth, development, and image of Photogenic Inc. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities as well as proven ability to continuously train, communicate, and improve selling techniques throughout our venues. Motivating and mentoring are crucial components necessary in order to be successful in this position. You should have experience leading multiple stores and/or high volume retail management.

We are open to different locations for this person including, but not limited to, Boston, MA, New York City, NY, Charleston, SC, Tampa Bay, FL, San Diego, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Phoenix, AZ. Travel will be required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of their specified region
• Improve, supplement, and reinforce the current culture
• Manage interviewing, hiring and orientation of new hires
• Troubleshoot/put out fires/handle multitudes of personnel issues/concerns/needs
• Build and support teams and managers across all venues
• Communicate with our HQ to handle/oversee any individual venue needs including equipment, inventory, recruiting, etcs
• Have excellent communication skills and a focus on professionalism with our host venues
• Manage, promote, and exemplify Photogenic Inc.’s culture and business standards

Qualifications/requirements:

• 5+ years of operations experience in a retail environment across multi-location operator
• Strong personnel management and retail operations knowledge, including customer service, inventory control, and budget conservation
• Prefer working in a highly entrepreneurial environment where being hands on is critical to the day to day running of the business
• Be decisive and have the ability to “get the job done”
• Be innovative and forward-thinking
• Possess strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a balance of analytical and creative abilities
• Have demonstrated the ability to work in a collaborative environment and be skillful at establishing and sustaining strong interpersonal relationships
• Demonstrate strong organizational, presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and computer skills

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
