Regional Practice Manager for an off campus Orthopedic Clinic. Responsible for all aspects of clinic and financial operations reporting directly to the Executive Director of of the Orthopaedic Institute.- Is knowledgeable of and ensures that supervised Associates are knowledgeable of applicable
their responsibility to comply with applicable laws, regulations and Holy Cross Hospital
policies as a condition of employment, as well as reporting mechanisms such as the
corporate compliance hotline.
- Ensures that Associates complete compliance orientation and ensures and arranges for
throughout the year.
- Provides appropriate assistance regarding monitoring techniques to reasonably assure
non-compliance to the Compliance Officer so that further evaluation can be performed.
- Responds timely to detect offenses, assists in the investigation and in the development
- Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the Conducts evaluations, in conjunction with Operations Director in a timely manner as
- Monitors attendance and initiates disciplinary action as needed and submits
- Evaluates individual work performance and attendance and initiates disciplinary action,
termination to Operations Director for approval prior to discussing with associate.
- Conducts regular unit meetings.
- Organizes in-service programs as needed, i.e., educating all associates of JCAHO
- Presents a positive and professional appearance and conveys a professional demeanor
- Assures that staff abides by uniform code and present themselves in a positive,
- Performs other job-related duties within job scope as requested by the Operations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years job related experience in medical office setting is required.
- Knowledge of billing procedures and all insurances as well as all governmental regulations
