Group, Inc. currently has a full-time position open for a Regional Recruiter at the Middletown, Ohio location.
The Regional Recruiter is responsible for talent acquisition strategies and process development for MPS and affiliated companies in the Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio regions. Recruiting, onboarding, and ATS system development are areas of core workload. Activities include developing a brand strategy that promotes MPS Group culture and benefits while increasing the company visibility in targeted markets. This position works closely with all business units in collaborative fashion to ensure effective hiring practices support our growth initiatives.
Job duties include:
- Regional Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting including (sourcing, phone screens, interviewing, developing community partnership with the local unemployment agencies/ outreach programs. Experience in recruiting for manufacturing/automotive/waste environment a plus!
- Candidate familiar with Total Waste/Hazardous waste a plus
- Candidate will be required to handle high volume recruitment (20+ requisitions open at one time)
- Develops and drives execution of the talent acquisition strategy
- Implements and innovates sourcing methods to attract an experienced, professional, diversified workforce aligned with business needs and company values
- Provides counsel to managers and executive leaders; trains leaders for effective and timely application of recruitment tools and techniques
- Administrator of the ATS software; ensures upgrades and corporate training are up to date
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree with three years of focused recruitment experience
- Ability to influence, coach and problem solve
- Knows employment law and government regulations at state and federal levels
- Able to professionally communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of the organization
- Thrives is a fast paced, growth organization; equally comfortable working alone or in teams
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- High energy approach with refined customer service techniques
- Willing and able to travel by car and air up to 50% of the time (IN, KY, TN, OH)
