Regional Staffing Coordinator (seasonal) Job at AquaTech Pool Management
Seasonal position, up to 40 hours/week January - April (option to continue based on performance)

AquaTech Pool Management offers full service operations support for neighborhood & community pools, as well as private associations and country clubs. We take pride in offering superior service for our clients by setting high expectations for safety, cleanliness and customer services.
Seasonally, AquaTech offers around 500 positions for lifeguards, pool attendants, services technicians, repair technicians, etc. in the Raleigh area.
Regional Staffing Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the employee experience for AquaTech's frontline employees from application through off-boarding.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Season (Jan- April)
- Manage recruitment and hiring efforts for seasonal lifeguards, pool attendants and pool service technicians as required within region of responsibility.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment visits at nearby High Schools, Colleges, and Career Fairs.
- Conduct interviews via Zoom and in person as needed.
- Execute onboarding procedures and maintain employee files using the HRIS system
- Identify and communicate staffing needs with Director of HR & Regional Director of Operations
- Conduct orientation & pre-season training with seasonal personnel
Operating Season (May- September) -
- Complete schedules for pools/pods (small groups of pools) within region of responsibility, including swim lessons using the When I Work system
- Develop & execute on-going employee experience efforts, including recognition programs, continuing training & safety evaluations
- Verify completion of employee evaluations (in conjunction with on-site leadership)
- Assist on-site leadership with corrective action efforts, including attendance violation tracking, retraining procedures & documentation
- Ensure all staff members are meeting AquaTech’s standards of performance and facility-specific expectations
- Complete off-boarding procedures for exiting employees
Work Schedule:
- Hours Requirements: 40-45 hours per week
- Location: Time will be split between the AquaTech Office (6300 Limousine Drive, Raleigh NC 27617) and shifts "in the field" (facilities within the region of responsibility). Employee will likely be in field about 2 weeks pre-season and 3-4 days per week during the operating season.
Requirements
One year of recruitment experience is recommended.
One year of supervisory or managerial experience is recommended.
Llifeguard or aquatics operations experience is recommended.
