This position works closely with management throughout the organization, to ensure the strategic goals and values of RPM Living are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maximizes bottom line profitability throughout the portfolio.
- Mentors and develops middle management, develops bench strength, creates clear and measurable goals that drive property and employee success
- Drives consistency of operations, identifies best practices and leads implementations.
- Facilitates a healthy, collaborative team atmosphere
- Consults with construction partners for developed assets as well as assets undergoing renovation
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and effective employee management acumen
- Develop and implement improved systems to monitor operating performance and team productivity
- Stays abreast of industry compliance, legal and code issues to insure company adherence
- 4 years Property Management experience, 2 years in a Regional or multi-site manager role
- 3rd party management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Yardi Software a plus
