Our patient centered practice is now in need of additional hygiene time to accommodate our growing patient base. We are looking a top-notch, highly motivated, experienced hygienist who not only can perform gum therapy with the greatest of ease but can "inspire" even the more reluctant patients! About Agave Dental Care

Agave Dental Care was founded by Dr. Jake Williams. We are a 13 operatory practice that has been around for 40 plus years. We have a large patient base and 19 team members, 4 front desk, 10 dental assistants, 5 hygienists and 4 doctors. Our team is very highly productive and the service we give to patients is 5-star service. Therefore any candidate for this position will need to have or develop great communication skills and be able to work well in our team. Smiling all the time is a prerequisite for this position : )

We serve the North East El Paso area and provide all facets of dentistry. We have multiple doctors so employees work in smaller teams. We have very flexible schedules because we utilize 6 hour shift work. Most employees get 30 to 38 hours per week and work 3 to 5 days per week depending on their shifts. We do offer excellent benefits at 90 days of employeeship and more at 1 year of employment. Benefits include 401k with matching, Sams Club Card, Paid Sick Days, Paid Vacation, and Health and Dental Care.

This position replaces a full time hygienist that is relocating.
